History
The Rose Lummis was originally built in 1953 as a Mississippi River boat. It has previously served New Yorkers as a Finger Lakes tour boat. Now, it's been fully-restored, and returned to Upstate New York where it operates on Sodus Bay under the direction of Save our Sodus. You can read more about the backstory in this Times of Wayne County article.
