

Janet moved to Sodus Point 13 years ago from the Boston area. She enjoys living on Lake Ontario and watching the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from her deck. Her recent membership to the board of SOS aligns perfectly with her interests and values in preserving and protecting our natural environment.
A self-proclaimed over achiever, she loves organizational development, building successful teams, and partnering/collaborating with others to reach common goals. She is a huge proponent and practitioner of training and development of people.
.Janet has over 40 years’ experience in construction management and currently works for Pike Construction Service in Rochester as the VP of Project Controls. She holds a master’s degree in Civil Engineering Project Management from Clemson University and is certified in LEED and is a construction Lean professional.
Janet is President of the board for Cracker Box Palace at historic Alasa Farms. Her love of animals, passion for the environment and interest for history are rolled into all Cracker Box has to offer and she is excited to be leading the charge for creating momentum for the organization.
In her free time, you can find Janet kayaking in and around Sodus Bay or hiking the trails at Alasa Farms.
Don comes to Save our Sodus from a background in building organizations and growing leaders in both the for-profit and non-for-profit sectors of international relief work. He later transitioned into work as an executive coach of leaders across industries from politics, to medicine, to construction, to media.
